The UPCSA Raffle Ticket Management System is a secure, mobile-first platform built for the Uniting Presbyterian Church in Southern Africa (UPCSA) Fellowship of Women to manage, track, and verify physical raffle tickets for their annual fundraising campaigns. The system ensures accurate sales reconciliation and transparent ticket status monitoring across all participating presbyteries and congregations.
The platform is designed for two main groups of users. Administrators oversee the full raffle lifecycle, including ticket register initialisation, batch allocations to sellers and locations, sales capture, payment tracking, verification logs, audit trails, and reporting. Sellers and capturers use a streamlined mobile-friendly interface to record ticket sales on the go, ensuring every transaction is captured accurately and attributed to the correct seller and location.
Public visitors can verify any ticket number instantly through the public verification page, request tickets through the online form, and view the presbytery sales leaderboard. The system is built and maintained by the UPCSA Fellowship of Women team, with technical development supported by Awali Solutions, to provide a trustworthy and auditable record of all raffle activity from allocation through to the final draw.
